The foundry in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico, is a 360,000-ft2 green sand casting operation that produces aluminum and polymer powertrain components for automotive OEMs and truck manufacturers. Read more

Erie Coke Pays Fine, Agrees to Updates
The foundry coke supplier agreed to an extensive series of modernizations and updates to its Pennsylvania plant, and will pay a $6-million fine in order to achieve compliance with state environmental and air-quality regulations. Read more

Federal-Mogul Buys Industrial Piston-Ring Producer
