Neenah Enterprises Inc. has secured financing commitments from investors that will enable it to exit bankruptcy within the next two weeks, and has installed an interim management team. Read more

Superior Industries Invests in Indian Wheel Manufacturer
Superior Industries International, Inc. has acquired a minority stake in Synergies Castings, which produces aluminum wheels by low-pressure diecasting at a plant in Visakhapatnam, India. The castings are customized with a copper-nickel-chrome electroplating technology. Read more

Ashland Foundry and Machine: Renamed and Expanding its Sights
The longtime ITT Industries Goulds Pumps plant in Ashland, PA, is now Ashland Foundry and Machine Works, following a sale late last year to the owner of West Coast Foundry. Like Ashland Foundry, the Huntington Park, CA, operation produces castings in stainless steel and other high-value ferrous grades. Read more
