Continuous Casting Without Jamming

Reinguss flowing set guarantees undisturbed casting by resolving blockages of the ladle slide directly while opening the slide gate, and without interference from the outside. This simple mechanical device is inserted into the shroud tube prior to the ladle change. While opening the ladle slide, the flowing set releases automatically and a metal rod is shot through the blockage from below.
