Viking Blast & Wash Systems is introducing the RTW 6060 Rotary Waterblaster spray cabinet, a large-capacity washer with a work envelope that is 60 in. high and 60 in. in diameter, housing a rotating workbasket that can support up to 3,500 lb. The standard RTW 6060 is provided with two 15-HP seal-less pumps rated at a capacity of 600 gallons per minute at 65 PSI. Pump horsepower upgrades are available, as are high-pressure options for additional cleaning power.
Standard features include a low-water, high-temperature fail switch that shuts off the gas burner, protecting the heater; a safety interlock to prevent pump operation with the washer door open; and a disc-style oil skimmer to remove tramp oils and fine solids from the detergent, extending the life of the cleaning solution.
The RTW6060 has a solid cabinet built of 0.25-in. reinforced plate steel. The machine also includes complete fluid reservoir insulation, and thermostat and thermocouple to monitor and maintain reservoir fluid temperature and energy efficiency.
