FILTERSENSE INC.’s loop-powered particulate-flow/emissions monitor and filter leak detectors for baghouses, cartridge dust collectors and cyclones provide simple, two-wire installation and single-piece mounting. The unit is designed and built with heavy-duty features for harsh process industries.

The loop-powered design is ideal for direct connection to PLCs and data loggers.

The model EM 30T is available in a compact 1-piece version and a 2-piece configuration with remote electronics for high-temperature or high-pressure applications. The two-piece configuration is also beneficial for baghouse applications where outlet ducts are difficult to access. The base model is designed for general maintenance planning and process protection applications. Optional detection-level upgrades enable low-level monitoring and early warning filter-leak detection.

Charge induction sensing (no optics) promotes low maintenance, even in applications with challenging particulate types, such as fly ash from foundries, coal burning, carbon black, chemical processing, smelters, cement kilns and powder dryers.
