Preloaded Precision Ground Ball Screws

SKF'S "inch series" preloaded precision ground ball screws can deliver smooth performance and high positioning accuracy for a wide range of linear-driving applications in the machine tool industry. The ball screws benefit from a unique internal ball return system offering a more robust and easily interchangeable solution, compared with conventional tube recirculation designs. Available in screw diameters from 0.625 to 6.00 inches; leads from 0.100 to 1.00 inches; and lengths up to 60 ft., they can be equipped with appropriate end bearings to provide ideal support and non-standard sizes, configurations. Special materials can be custom-developed to satisfy particular application requirements.
