Aluminum Diecasting Plant Planned in Tennessee

Aisin Automotive Casting will produce parts for pumps, pistons
A new plant producing aluminum diecastings for engine components has been established in Clinton, TN, by Japan's Aisin Seiki. The $30.9-million project, Aisin Automotive Casting Tennessee, will start operating in August 2005.

In addition to diecasting, the plant will perform machining and assembly for components for pumps and pistons.
