The Hill and Griffith Co. acquired the following product lines on Aug. 31, 2005 from Hickman, Williams and Co.: Black Diamond carbon products, B-500X Liquid Parting, and Non-Silica Dry Parting. Hill and Griffith said the purchase of the product lines "contributes to the growth of market share and strongly fits within its core competencies."
