Expo Manufactura, March 7-9, 2006, is Mexico's premier manufacturing show, held in Monterrey, the "Industrial Heart of Mexico" and home to more than 13,000 manufacturers. This will be the 12th edition of Mexico's largest metalworking/manufacturing exhibition featuring machine tools, automation and assembly technology, CAD/CAM, robotics, software, coil winding, and welding technologies.

Expo Manufactura anticipates over 250 exhibitors with about 60 from the United States, and an audience of more than 7,500 professionals from several countries. The audience will include: plant managers, executives, engineers, corporate buyers, purchasing agents, distributors, association directors, and government officials.

U.S. Commercial Service personnel will also be available at Expo Manufactura to brief U.S. exhibitors regarding How to Sell in Mexico, and to assist U.S. exhibitors in making the best contacts at the fair. The Commercial Service will also provide a market and industry briefing and such services as the Gold Key Program (appointments with prescreened potential buyers, sales reps, or business partners).
