Italy’s Idra Casting Machines and its U.S. affiliate IdraPrince Inc., Holland, MI, have entered into an agreement with Hishinuma Machinery Co. Ltd. of Japan, granting to Hishinuma the right to distribute and sell products manufactured by ICM and IdraPrince Inc. in Japan.

ICM and IdraPrince Inc. produce high-technology diecasting equipment and related products worldwide.
