Revere Industries formed to function as a global organization

A private investor group, Charter Oak Capital Partners, has combined certain operations of several holdings into a single entity, Revere Industries L.L.C. The group includes Ross Aluminum, a specialty metalcasting and machining company in Sidney, OH, as well as Metal Powder Products, Revere Aluminum, and selected facilities of Titan Plastics Group.

Revere is headquartered in Indianapolis. Its products include plastic injection moldings, rolled aluminum products, powder metallurgy products, as well as aluminum castings.

Ross Aluminum produces castings by various methods, including green sand, dry sand, "plaster ceram," and permanent mold processes.

A. Elliott Archer, president and CEO of the new groups, stated: "The combination of these companies into a single entity provides our expanded company, our customers, our employees, and our suppliers with significant opportunities for growth and added value. Our combined purchasing power, technical expertise, and worldwide manufacturing base (including India and China) will allow us to expand our product offerings to customers."

He added that suppliers and other strategic partners will have additional opportunities to work with a larger, global organization, offering synegistic opportunities.

Archer explained that Revere made the consolidation move "to better serve global customers who require that suppliers’ facilities be strategically situated in close proximity to their own worldwide operations … ."
