May 8, 2006 -- Kloster Corp., a Minneapolis-based manufacturer of sand-conditioning equipment, was purchased recently by Tromley Industrial Holdings Inc., Portland, OR. According to Russ Tromley Jr., the Kloster Foundry Products unit will continue to provide chemically bonded sand equipment, engineered systems, service, and parts from its Minneapolis location.

With Kloster Foundry Products joining the group’s other two divisions, Dependable Foundry Equipment Company and Redford-Carver Foundry Products, Tromley Industrial Holdings says it offers foundries a complete line of chemically bonded-sand equipment.
