August 30, 2006 -- Tinker Omega Manufacturing L.L.C. has added Ben Thomas to its organization as vice president for sales and marketing. Thomas is the former head of sales for Gaylord Foundry Equipment, and Tinker Omega calls him “a welcome addition to assist in the continued unprecedented growth of Tinker Omega in the no-bake foundry industry.” He will immediately be responsible for all sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Based in Springfield, OH, Tinker Omega Manufacturing supplies a line of equipment for chemically bonded sand processes. Its offerings include semi- and fully automatic molding systems, high-speed continuous mixers, chemical pumping systems, sand heaters, rollover draw machines, mold manipulators, shakeout and mechanical reclamation systems, cooler classifiers, pneumatic sand transportation systems, core shooters, and cold-box gas generation and scrubbing systems.

Thomas will work with the company’s administrative and manufacturing staffs and assist in customer relations. He will be Tinker Omega’s primary liaison for its network of international sales representatives, and work on enhancing the product line for no-bake foundry equipment.
