Advanced Die Casting Bought by Rollcast

Produces aluminum and zinc diecastings

October 4, 2006 —— Advanced Die Casting Co., Milwaukee, has been acquired by Rollcast L.L.C. for an undisclosed price. The organization is now known as Advance Die Casting Co., a division of Rollcast L.L.C.

The transaction was effective June 1.

Advance Die Casting has been in operation since 1920, producing high-pressure aluminum and zinc diecastings. It reports it will remain at it is location in Milwaukee, where it occupies two buildings with a total of 110,000 ft2 of manufacturing space. Its equipment includes aluminum diecasting machines ranging from 400 to 1,200 tons, producing castings up to 40 lb in 360, 380, and 413 alloys; and zinc diecasting machines in the range of 100 to 600 tons, casting up to 15 lb in 903, 905 and ZA-8.
