Strategic alliance for North American aluminum producers
Pyrotek Inc. reports it formed a strategic alliance with IGC Technologies L.L.C. to market powdered fluxes to North American aluminum producers.  Pyrotek will be the exclusive North American distributor of aluminum fluxes manufactured by IGC Technologies, including fluxes for melt covers, drossing, and cleaning.

According to Pyrotek, the alliance will combine marketing skill with manufacturing capability and product and application expertise, to offer custom solutions for metalcasting customers.

Milwaukee-based IGC Technologies L.L.C., formerly Industrial Gypsum Co., supplies de-veining additives for foundries, and other custom-blended powdered metal treatment and coating products.
