WHEELABRATOR's Smartline basket blaster is completely self-contained and features a removable rotating load basket to tumble parts as they are being blasted from the bottom of the heat-treated steel basket. The basket blaster has a gravity reclaim system and an integral bag type dust collector. A skewer system adaptation is available for low production quantities where relatively large parts can be affixed and rotated for complete overall cleaning. The blast wheel is center fed and has three blades similar to other center abrasive-fed wheels. The basket size is 20 x 27 in. and has a capacity of 224 lbs. The motors include blast wheel, abrasive screw and shaker, requiring 230 of 460V/3PH/60HZ utilities.
