STIMIR's TMMS 200 metal level sensor is a sensitive, accurate non-contact displacement sensor on a mobile arm with an accuracy of ±0.5 mm. A processor-controlled stepping motor moves the sensor arm, measuring the metal level in real time and calculating the sensor head status, with a total range of 200 mm. Supplied as an independent unit capable of interfacing with almost any type of metal casting system. Operates with minimal maintenance for long periods in constant use, saving overhead and resources.
