DYMAX's WideCure conveyors are versatile and can be outfitted with either a longwave bulb or a shortwave bulb, available in 18 or 25 in. wide UV curing lamps. Lamp height can be adjusted quickly and easily from 5-12 in. in height. Line speeds are controlled and are adjustable in 0.1 ft/min increments from 1 to 50 ft/min, faster than most conveyors. The integral shielding on the conveyors eliminates stray UV light that might otherwise reach operators.
