R. SCHEUCHL's Shake Champion SC320 decoring machine is suitable for decoring sand- and diecastings from one to 100 kg. Based on vertical oscillation with amplitudes up to 36 mm at a frequency of 16 Hz, it fixes the casting in a clamping system, then exposes it to the oscillation. The broken sand core is dashed upward and down against the casting wall, effectively disintegrating the sand. Loose sand is ejected and discharged over the integrated sand conveyor system. www.scheuchl.de
