Reduce costly equipment downtime
Carrier Vibrating's VibraTrac II Stroke Monitor tests vibration amplitude and frequency, critical indicators of the performance of vibrating equipment. When equipment is operating correctly, these indicators are constant, but changes signal that a component may have failed. If these conditions go unnoticed, failure or structural damage can occur. VibraTrac II can be used to spot check the performance of vibrating equipment or continuously monitor important vibration characteristics that effect processing performance and equipment reliability. Continuous monitoring provides digital outputs for indicators or alarms, quickly alerting personnel to potential problems.
