WHEELABRATOR'S automated airblast etching system for pressure plate manufacturing features a precision nozzle manipulator to horizontally oscillate the blast nozzles along the width of the area being etched. It also has a vibratory classifier that classifies 100% of the blast media, closed-loop feedback circuit for air pressure, and easy-to-use operator interface with capability to create, store, and retrieve part techniques/recipes. Pressure plates can be etched on both sides.
