Executive Change at Triax Turbine Components

Chairman will act as interim president

There has been a management change atop Triax Turbine Components LLC, a “vertically integrated U.S. manufacturer of hot gas-path parts for industrial and aero turbine engines,” formed last year by investors who acquired and merged Triumph Precision Castings, a steel investment caster in Chandler, AZ, and Dynamic Turbine, a precision machining operation in Norcross, GA. The company said president Mark Doelling had left to pursue other interests.

Joseph Parzick, chairman of the board of the company, will be the firm’s interim president until a permanent replacement is chosen.

Parzick also is the managing partner of Torque Capital Group, the private-equity firm that owns Triax and assembled the organization from its separate purchases.

"Mark was instrumental in helping us create Triax and in defining our core mission,” Parzick said, “which is to be a leading source of complete hot-section turbine parts for the aerospace and industrial gas turbine marketplaces. We thank Mark for his service and wish him well in his future endeavors."
