Prison Sentences for Former Atlantic States Officials Several former officials of McWane Inc. subsidiary Atlantic States Cast Iron Pipe Co. have been sentenced to prison for environmental and workplace safety violations. The four were convicted in 2006, following a trial that's said to have been the longest ever prosecuted by the U.S. Dept. of Justice for environmental violations. Read more |
Grede Names Group Vice Presidents John Haas will continue to oversee operations of Grede's St. Cloud foundry, and will assume responsibility for the Reedsburg and New Castle foundries. Randy Priem will continue overseeing Grede's Iron Mountain foundry, and will take on responsibility for the Liberty foundry in Wauwatosa, WI, the Vassar, Greenwood, and Wichita foundries. Read more |
