Optical emissions spectrographic system designed with operators’ needs in mind Photomultiplier tube metal analysis Low-level quantitative analysis (B,C,P,S) Optional probe for larger samples
The Belec Vario features a photomultiplier (PMT) optical system has dual-analysis stands that reduce cross contamination. It is available with Fe, Al, MG, Ni, Cu, Co, and Ti bases.

BELEC SPECTROMETER’s Vario high-quality optical emissions spectrometer (OES) is a new entry among devices capable of photomultiplier tube metal analysis, and available in the United States through Innovative Analytical Solutions. It is equipped with multiple features for high-end laboratory metal analysis, and priced for availability by small-to-midsized foundry operations.

The Belec Vario features a photomultiplier (PMT) optical system that allows for low levels of precise, quantitative analysis (B,C,P,S), and dual-analysis stands that reduce cross contamination.

It is available with Fe, Al, MG, Ni, Cu, Co, and Ti bases.

The system has an optional probe attachment for samples that are too large for the sample stand.

Adapters are provided for wires, bolts, tubing, and castings.

The Vario system Internet compatible and offers convenient reporting functionality.  Operators will appreciate the user-friendly software interface that makes it easy to generate analysis reports. Reports can be stored on the spectrometer or on an enterprise network.

The Vario is supplied with thousands of alloy grades that support foundries’ casting programs.
