Wireless data collection, tracking for stroke, speed, and angle of vibration for shakeout and other vibratory equipment Portable and lightweight Pair with Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet Record, store, and transmit data for multiple machines
The developers call VibraTrac “the easiest and simplest way to ensure optimal vibrating equipment performance.”

CARRIER VIBRATORY EQUIPMENT’s VibraTrac is a stroke, speed, and angle monitor for industrial vibratory equipment: With a wireless Bluetooth® sensor, the VibraTrac can be paired with a smartphone app to monitor activity and complete data tracking “in seconds,” according to the developers.

VibraTrac is designed to accurately measure speed, stroke, and vibration angle on vibratory machinery. It’s portable (less than 3-in. long) and weighs less than 40 grams, so it will fit easily into a pocket. The device has a long-life battery and works with a low-energy-consuming Bluetooth Smart wireless sensor, and will pair with Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet devices. Also, multiple mobile devices can be paired with a single VibraTrac.

The developers call VibraTrac “the easiest and simplest way to ensure optimal vibrating equipment performance.” It makes it unnecessary to read stroke plates and strobes to analyze the operation of vibratory equipment. Instead, with the user shakes the magnetic sensor to turn it “on,” then places it on the vibratory equipment.

Next, the user opens the app on a compatible mobile device, and a connection screen will launch immediately, displaying the serial number of the sensor.

By tapping the serial number the user will be connected automatically via Bluetooth to the sensor (note there is no need to synch the device) and the measurements screen will appear. By touching the “Tap to Measure” icon, the app will retrieve data from the sensor and display it on the screen, with both English and metric measurement options.

VibraTrac has the ability to record, store, and transmit data for multiple machines, simplifying routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting.
