Automatic Decoring

RIMROCK introduces its latest device for automated decoring of castings, the Twistmaster 400, available from its Austrian partner, FILL. It offers acceleration values over 560 ft ²/sec at 880-lb payload, guaranteeing minimal cycle time. The sand core inside the cast part is crushed and then transported outward. The flexible clamping design allows a wide range of clamping variations for large castings or multiple small castings.
