Predictive Maintenance Software

April 5, 2021
A platform version of Senseye PdM Enterprise is focused on enterprise level customers, with open architecture and adaptability for manufacturers’ customization requirements.

SENSEYE, an industrial machine health-management business, is releasing a platform version of its predictive maintenance software. Senseye PdM Enterprise is focused on enterprise-level customers who want to take ownership and control over their Industry 4.0 journey.

The platform promotes an open architecture and can be extended to meet a customer-specific needs, so manufacturers’ data science and software teams are able to adapt and enhance the software as may be required. Expert knowledge from maintenance and reliability engineers can be integrated into the product.

“We see the ‘machine health’ market maturing to the point where industrial customers are increasingly wanting to have full control over their ‘digital acceleration’ journey,” commented CEO Simon Kampa. “Senseye PdM Enterprise will fully empower our customers by allowing them to make use of our award-winning and patented analytics and user experience at the same time as being able to customize, tweak, and own the changes they make.”

The fully managed predictive-maintenance program, Senseye PdM Complete, has been deployed by some of the world's largest companies in the automotive, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, and metals-and-mining sectors. Customers have reduced unplanned downtime by over 50%, streamlined spare-parts inventories, and cut maintenance spending by up to 40%, according to the developer.

Senseye PdM Enterprise also will be available through Senseye’s existing network of industrial partners, including Bentley Systems, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and PTC. Learn more at www.senseye.io
