Blast Cleaning Technologies Acquires Rival

Jan. 25, 2022
Coyote Enterprises will be consolidated with BCT in Wisconsin, offering an expanded product line and support for current and new customers.

Shot-blasting equipment manufacturer Blast Cleaning Technologies recently acquired a rival business, Coyote Enterprises Inc., for an undisclosed price. The two businesses will be consolidated at BCT’s location in West Allis, WI.

BCT designs and manufactures wheel-blast and air-blast equipment, along with blast wheels, shot-blast parts, and other components. It also offers machine rebuilds and upgrades, and other services.

Coyote Enterprises was founded in 1998 in Coweta, OK, producing tumble-blast, table-blast, and dual-chamber spinner hanger machines, along with replacement parts.

“This is an important acquisition for us,” stated Carl Panzenhagen, president and CEO. “The addition of this product line compliments and expands our current product line, allowing us to support both current and new customers positioning us for continued growth in the shot-blasting industry.”
