Directors of Edelbrock Corp. have approved a proposed sale of the company’s outstanding shares to chairman O. Victor Edelbrock. Edelbrock, also president and CEO of the company, plans to privatize the firm.
Edelbrock Corp., Torrance, CA, designs and manufactures replacement parts for automotive and motorcycle aftermarkets.
