Hayes Lemmerz Files Reorganization Plan Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. has filed its proposed plan of reorganization and disclosure statement with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. If confirmed by the court, the plan provides that the company's debtor-in-possession (DIP) lenders and pre-petition secured lenders would own substantially all of the common stock of the reorganized company and all of its global manufacturing locations upon emergence from Chapter 11. Call For Abstracts Goes Out for INALCO 2010 The 11th International Aluminum Conference (INALCO) will be held at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands next June. As part of the preparations for the conference, interested researchers, graduates, and scholars from universities and research institutes are invited to submit abstracts on all aspects of light metal, “in particular those concerning aluminum and magnesium alloys.” Read more |
