The HR-100-LR Spiratron is a vibratory finishing machine like none built before it. A customer- and process-specific requirement dictated that the machine have a large capacity range. The design blends older structural methods and incorporates the triple-drive system proven by past Hammond Roto-Finish machines. These features allow for extremely long service life for the drives, and un-interrupted production for the machine operators.
The HR-100-LR Spiratron features:
- A process channel measuring 23 in. wide 32 in. deep;
- True spiral incline tube weldment;
- Batch or in-and-out processing capability.
The design is ideal for foundry operations, for cleaning large parts unsuited to past vibratory burnishing machine designs.
