Shorter process times 10-30x the grinding power

ROSLER METAL FINISHING USA LLC is introducing a series of FKS Centrifugal Disk Finishers that are equally effective for products ranging from 0.2 to 150 mm. The designer noted the vibratory finishers are well suited for deburring, surface grinding, and radiusing, as well as polishing castings or machined parts.

The FKS has a rotating spinner and stationary work bowl design that prevents parts from sticking and promotes uniform results in shorter process times. The wear-resistant polyurethane bowl lining promotes longer service life, even under challenging conditions. Sophisticated sensors provide machine function and gap monitoring to optimize performance and efficiency.

FKS models are designed to be integrated into existing process lines easily, according to the designer. A central PLC controller manages auxiliary functions such as parts loading and post finishing treatment. Process parameters can be customized to meet specific process requirements such as spinner RPM, water levels and screening times.
