Capable of decoring higher-resin cylinder head castings

Working as partners, Rimrock Corp. and FILL have designed and built aluminum cylinder-head processing lines that operate rates of 72 to 240 castings per hour. Rimrock is North America's largest integrator of ABB robots, and FILL supplies pouring manipulators, casting machines, core manipulators, decoring equipment and special machines for prefinishing castings. Together, they design complete casting processing lines for all types of complex, high-volume automotive castings.
