Integrate with existing systems Vibratory motor with adjustable balance weights

ROSLER METAL FINISHING USA LLC introduced the R series rotary vibratory bowls for processing small, delicate parts, as well as larger pats. These automation-friendly machines offer usable volumes from 1.8 to 30 cu. ft., and are ideal for processing a wide range of components.

R series vibratory bowls can be integrated easily into existing systems and automated with peripheral equipment to save time and improve efficiency.

R series vibratory bowls are designed for durability and maximum output. They include an industrial-grade, double-flanged, high-energy vibratory motor with adjustable balance weights, and optional frequency converter allowing flexibility in the part processing and the ability to adjust the level of aggressiveness.

The pneumatic unloading gate allows for convenient separating of the parts and media.
