Can you cope? Is your job a drag? Over centuries metalcasting has acquired its own vernacular – a directory of terms and lingo that foundry operators use to describe the fine points of their work. In some cases, the words are drawn from everyday life, and still carry alternative meanings. How many of them can you recognize in their metalcasting applications?
