U.S. Aluminum Castings has earned the 2008 Letter of Recognition from PACCAR for its quality performance at or below 50-ppm quality. This recognition quality performance puts U.S. Aluminum Castings in a class of with suppliers like Alcoa, Eaton, Parker Hannifin, Robert Bosch, and SKF. USAC produces a diverse range of finished aluminum castings for PACCAR ranging from shims to bunk steps. Calling itself a “Lean, JIT foundry,” USAC casts, heat treats, machines, powder coats, certifies and provides kitting services for the heavy-truck manufacturer.
