Harvey Industries has promoted Patrick Meredith to be the new plant manager of its Wabash, IN, location, effective immediately. Meredith will oversee the aluminum foundry, a green sand operation that produces various automotive parts.
Harvey Industries is a holding company with operations producing aluminum and iron castings, aluminum diecastings, machined and assembled parts, and polymer injection moldings.
Meredith began his career at the Wabash foundry in 1987 (at the time, it was a CMI International Inc. foundry) and has held positions of increasing responsibility over 24 years. This includes experience as quality auditor, CMM programmer, foundry engineering manager and quality manager.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and completed his Master of Business Administration degree at Indiana Wesleyan University.
“Pat’s strong foundry background and leadership skills will be a great asset to this plant and the community,” according to Rick Levin, executive vice president of operations.
