Sterling's 2016U Hot Oil Temperature Control Unit will be featured at the company's booth (No. 1549) at CastExpo. The upright version, 2016M, is available with pumps up to 5 HP and heaters up to 48 kW. The 2016U provides precise, automatic temperature control and is designed for temperatures up to 550°F. It features a NEMA 12 enclosure with rotary, through-the-door disconnect switch, automatic venting sequence, low-level alarm, and manual bypass. To reduce noise levels, the 2016U features a single pass heater tank design rather than a two-pass design.
