Heavy duty steel construction with externally gusseted stress points eliminates frame flexing. This ensures that all clamping pressure is applied to the mold.
Clamping is 100% hydraulically controlled using high quality components. Maximum efficiency is maintained by only operating with the hydraulic unit when pressure is required. The rolling method is accomplished by a unique hydraulic double-ended cylinder/chain and sprocket combination for maximum simplicity and durability.
Operational controls are mounted in a NEMA enclosure using NEMA buttons and switches that are logically laid out for optimum efficiency and safety.
Gripping pads with hardened teeth ensure positive mold adhesion, long pad life, and reduced maintenance costs.
Durable anti-roll lock mechanism provides a sure lock against accidental mold roll over in manual roll models. Manual roll models have mold position locks at 80° and 100°.
Built in stand legs provide upright stability when the unit is not in service.
NO EXTERNAL STAND REQUIRED FOR STORAGE IMPROVING SHOP SAFETY.
The PMH Series requires only 120V AC input. A standard 120V three prong cord is supplied for ease of installation.
