WOLLIN GmbH introduced its DDE - Dosing Nozzle Easy, a new generation for dosing operations in diecasting applications. The completely redesigned nozzle combines maximum precision capabilities with outstanding simplicity to set new standards for efficiency, maintenance, and operational reliability.

Wollin GmbH is a market leader in spray technology and automation for pressure diecasting foundries, specializing in spraying cooling and release agents, as well as industrial robots and special machinery, particularly for automotive structural parts.

One of the advantages of the DDE is its ease of use. Thanks to its plug-and-play design, the nozzle is ready for operation immediately: assemble… press the button... and its ready to go to work. There are no complex venting or adjustment procedures, and the absence of check valves reduces complexity and increases reliability.
