ATM does independent research, continually works to enhance existing technologies, and strives to discover new and better ways to utilize the induction process. We work closely with our customers to develop confidential prototype programs; do feasibility studies; and perform lab tests to optimize a new process prior to quoting or designing innovative equipment. ATM is staffed with full-time research and development personnel utilizing dedicated facilities for electrical and mechanical design and testing. All of our equipment is completely tested prior to shipment. Extensive, thorough, and effective training classes are available either at an ATM facility, or at the customers’ plant.

ATM Field Service Engineers are strategically located worldwide to ensure a prompt response to our customers’ needs. The service engineers are trained to handle the most difficult field problems and to service all makes of induction equipment. Field service is available 24 hours a day through one central telephone number.
