AUTOMATION PRODUCTS INC. DYNATROL® Division offers the Dynatrol® DJ Level Switch for either high- or low-point level detection of bulk solids – for successful operations in applications that include baghouses, cyclone separators, or above airlocks. It allows foundries to maintain consistent results on volume measurement of molding sands, green sand, reclaimed sand, and many other granulated materials.
Constructed for a long operating life, Dynatrol® DJ level detectors withstand dusty environments and work well in vessels equipped with vibrators. They require no adjustments and have no moving parts. There are no gaskets or seals to deteriorate and are virtually wear-free.
Specialized units are available for temperatures in excess of 500°F.
All detectors are supplied ready for installation and do not require any field calibration. Installation is simple: The level switch mounts through a three-quarter-inch half-coupling at the point of desired level detection, eliminating costly flanges, float chamber, or fittings.
Combined with the Dynatrol® EC-501A control unit, DJ level detector actuates process control equipment, level alarms or indicator lights.
